Waiting time, chair use, service duration and what each chair earns per hour — the figures that tell you where the day actually went.

Launching in Malta
BarberData turns what actually happens in your shop — bookings, walk-ins, waiting time, chair use and payments — into decisions you can act on the same week.

Every figure has a written definition
One system for the diary, the door, the till and the numbers — instead of a booking app, a notebook, a card machine and a guess.
Waiting time, chair use, service duration and what each chair earns per hour — the figures that tell you where the day actually went.
Bookings and the queue at the door in one timeline. Deposits, reminders, no-show handling and a live wait estimate customers can see.
Every visit, every preference, every guard number. Who is due back, who has drifted away, and what each regular is actually worth.
Deposits, card, cash, tips, refunds and gift cards — reconciled at close of day, with the variance shown rather than buried.
How many are inside, how many are waiting and which chairs are busy — on screen as it happens, without anyone stopping to type it in.
Fill a cancelled slot, bring back a regular who has not been in for ten weeks, and see the booking each message actually produced.
Ask an owner whether last Saturday was busy and they will know. Ask what it cost them and the answer is a shrug.
“How long did people actually wait?”
Waiting is the reason a walk-in leaves and does not come back. It is also the one number nobody records, because nobody has a spare pair of hands to write it down. BarberData measures it from the door to the chair, for every person, without anyone typing anything.
Measured, not remembered“Which chair earned its keep?”
A chair that sits empty for two hours on a Thursday costs real money, but it never appears on any report. Chair utilisation and revenue per available chair-hour turn that empty time into a figure you can act on — staffing, opening hours, or pricing.
Empty time has a price“Where did my regulars go?”
A customer who used to come every three weeks and has not been in for ten has not complained — they have quietly gone elsewhere. The platform flags them while there is still something to be done about it, and drafts the message for you to approve.

Let’s talk
Prices exclude VAT. Every plan includes the camera and its bracket — nothing to buy up front. Extra cameras are €25 a month each; extra shops are quoted per shop.
No. One is included in every plan, bracket and all, and we fit it. It is what measures the things nobody has time to write down — how long people waited, how long a cut really took, and how much of the day each chair was busy. Prefer to start without it? Everything else works exactly the same.
An afternoon. Add your services, your barbers and your opening hours and you can take a booking the same day. Bring your existing customer list with you and we will import it for you.
No. They book from a web page, get a confirmation and a reminder, and can see the current wait before they walk over. Nothing to install.
Yes. Your booking page can sit inside the site you already have. On White Label we can also build and host the whole site under your own domain, with your name and colours and no mention of us.
It is yours. Take your customers, bookings and takings with you as a file you can open in a spreadsheet, at any time and without asking. Cancel whenever you like — there is no minimum term.
We are starting in Malta because that is where we are, and where we can be in your shop the same week if something needs sorting. It works anywhere; we are simply being careful about how fast we grow.
We are onboarding a small number of Malta shops before the public launch. Leave your email and we will come to you — no automated drip, no spam.
